Waking Night Support Worker – Learning Disabilities REF: B545/1001 Small Heath, Birmingham 37.5 hours £12,978 - £15,916 per annum, depending on experience Working a flexible rota covering evenings, weekends and bank holidays Female Applicants Only
An opportunity to work in a pleasant home in Small Heath supporting people with learning disabilities who require additional support with mobility. The waking night team form a critical part of the service, offering support which ensures the safety and well being of the people living in the home.
For the waking night positions you will be required to work a rolling rota alongside a colleague. The successful applicant will be supporting 4 people with learning and some physical disabilities and will work an average of 10.75 hours per night. The job also involves some cleaning duties and record keeping
The ability to work as part of a team, but get on with the job independently is essential.
