Great Places Housing Group
Welcome to Great Places Housing Group.
Great Places Housing Group is a powerful force in regeneration
and urban renewal, tackling and transforming some of the North's
most challenging neighbourhoods - and helping to build bolder,
brighter communities for generations to come. They're constantly
exploring new territory and seeking fresh opportunities. That's
what keeps them growing, learning and thriving. It's what drives
them every day.
Our multi award-winning group members own and manage more than
14,000 high-quality homes across the North West and beyond, from
eco-houses in amazing architecture, to pioneering projects to
support some of society's most vulnerable people. The alliance
means Group members can share expertise and learn from each other,
while keeping their own unique identities and ways of working. Each
association does its own thing, works with its own residents and
customers. The Group structure means that all are freed up to
concentrate on what they do best while Great Places gives strategic
focus and central services.

Like any good relationship, they work together - but they give
each other freedom, too. As a result, they're all growing,
thriving, learning and flourishing. All sorts of organisations are
among the Great Places family and friends. They're constantly
working with others to find superb solutions to housing and
community issues, and turn plans into reality.

top of the formal Investor in People status, Great Places run an
excellent training programme and there are numerous opportunities

for qualifications relevant to their post and in most cases fund
some, if not all, of the cost of the course and examination
fees.

recruits to add to our ranks and welcome applications from every
