WM Housing Group
Thank you for exploring career opportunities with WM Housing
Group.
About us
We're the parent company for a group of housing associations,
together providing social housing, housing schemes and services
across Herefordshire and Worcestershire, Coventry and the West
Midlands. We're fully committed to improving people's lives,
neighbourhoods, and their homes. Whilst we operate independently,
with our own identity, territory and particular focus, we share
common Group services – including HR, marketing, IT and finance.
Since the Group was established in 1998, we have grown, and earned
a great reputation for quality services and strong partnership
working. Collectively, we own and manage an extensive,
well-maintained social housing services portfolio which touches the
lives of young and older people alike. We enjoy a strong financial
position, and have an exceptional platform from which to deliver
our aim: to create places where people are
proud to live and work.
So whatever job you do at the moment, now is
a good time to join us and build your career!
WM Housing Group is a Homes and Communities Agency (HCA)
Investment Partner, and the lead partner of the Spectrum
Development Partnership consortium.
Our values
We may have a wide range of organisations in the Group, but we
all have a common focus and set of values. They're important, and
they're embedded in the way we work, the way we make decisions and
the way we deal with people. They define us as a business.
Providing Excellent Service. If we say we'll do
something, we do it. We aim to turn the ordinary into the
extra-ordinary by delivering a quality, 'trouble free' service
which enhances lives, and communities.
Acting with Integrity. Honesty and openness are
core qualities, as is keeping our promises and 'doing the right
thing.'
Delivering Creative Solutions. We're innovative
and imaginative thinking people, and we aim to work with our
partners to develop robust, practical solutions to often highly
complex challenges.
Valuing People. Our customers are our priority,
and so are our employees. We listen to and value everyone's
opinions, and treat everyone with the same respect. We want to get
things right first time.
